Xbox One - Skins are not shared between profiles

When playing Minecraft on the xbox one, skins that were available to everyone on the pervious xbox one version (2016 minecon skins, greek/chinese packs, power rangers etc) are only available to my main xbox live profile where the purchase was made. (not unlocked globally for everyone using the game).

Because of this when my children play on their profiles vs my profile (the main xbox live profile on the system) they are not able to use the skins that were purchased and available.

I purpose that when something is purchased (haven't tested purchasing on the new game yet) or imported on xbox, it's available for any profile that plays the game on that device, not just the main xbox profile. (some sort of game wide purchase/ownership flag so all profiles can use it)
