[MCPE-27452] Wither Boss makes massive lag by destroying tiles and makes game uplayable as well as 2 archivements unoptainable in Android version of Minecraft.

Adter spawning the Wither Boss in android versiom of minecraft, it makes massive lag by destroying tiles and makes it unbeatable as well as 2 archivements ("Beaconator" and "The Beginning") unoptainable. Huwawei Honor 7 Lite
