Putting a Water Bottle into a hopper connected to a brewing stand causes it to disappear instead of going into the brewing stand.
EDIT: Nevermind they don't disappear, but they don't stay in the brewing stand to be brewed, they go through the bottom hopper which I believe shouldn't happen till they're brewed.
