[MCPE-28046] Rains WAY too much.

It rains WAY too much in my realm. It's definitely raining more than it isn't which is annoying since the render distance also drastically drops which I assume is to save frames so that's whatever.

im not sure if its technically a bug but its raining way too much. its raining every other day. you will sleep it off then later that day its raining. kinda wish it would go back to sleep cool down
