[MCPE-28171] Hashtags Everytime I speak in every realm and world

Like the title says Everytime I speak in a realm chat or world chat its pure hashtags. There's been three updates and this still has not been fixed and its very frustrating! If there's any way this could be fixed please help me. I play on a Motorola MAXX 2
