I can't do anything and it's not lag.

For some reason it won't let me do anything. I can walk around but other than that I can't do anything yes I have myself as operator it's almost like it's lagging but it's not cuz I have a Realms server and it's having the same issue on Realms as it does in the offline world. I cannot place blocks I can break blocks but when I quit the game they reappear I cannot move items to my inventory or add items to my inventory nor pick up items. There are three other people that usually play the world besides me and neither of them are having the issues. Also it shows up as I'm not in the game even though I am in the game. If you look at the screenshot there are 58 Redstone not Redstone Dust just read stuff in 99 plus monster spawners I randomly pick those up and ever since those ended up in my inventory that's when this started happening. I was just walking and they randomly showed up. Plz help. My gamertag is CreepStar1234 in case you need it. Ps I don't think it's an issue with the realm server because it does it with the offline world I have stored on my device.
