Thrown items will hit yourself during the move or sprint

I think that's normal... I get myself hit by an arrow when I run at the literal same direction...

The projectile start point should be in front of the player. I believe this is the same bug that causes boat passengers to be hit by arrows shot by the person in the front of the boat.
