I have no idea how this even happened or how to recreate it but I had some normal pistons (16 of them) and 18 slime balls, playing with touch controls made them into sticky pistons, and there was one sticky piston I already had that wouldn't stack with other pistons for who knows what reason like I couldn't put it with the other 3 sticky pistons I had then when I tapped on all 16 sticky pistons I was making then I think they went into the bugged sticky piston that wouldn't stack and then they all despawned, now I'm down 16 slime balls and it was a total waste and I have a really hard time finding slimes so now I'm totally screwed thanks for taking my slime balls this game has so many bugs and is such bad quality you shouldn't be able to make money off this it's not fair to the people who play, btw I'm on realms

I just wanted to update you since you appeared pretty flustered about this whole thing.
This also happen to me a few days ago. As of today, it would appear that this has been fixed.
The workaround for this was also to just individually make pistons and combine the stacks.
Either way, fixed, not even a full month later.

Yeah I was joining my realm then for some reason it told me about an update so I went to update and googled the changeling right away, found it, I was extremely happy because I've lost a bunch of slime balls and my friend lost like 50 iron when making normal pistons, even if you know about it it's so hard not to just shift click, but thanks for letting me know though I'm so glad it's been fixed
