Details This bug affects the ability to hear the sound when not looking directly at the source.
Example I have an automatic subway system in my world, which uses note blocks for train alarms to make people run downstairs to catch the train - except in the latest update you cannot hear the alarms unless looking at the floor. Same problem exists for Minecarts (I know, you have to enable Minecart Sounds - which I have done) and if I am not looking directly at the cart the noises are not playing, or at least they're really muffled. Fix please!
Problem
When not looking directly at an object which is making sound, the sound doesn't play very well.
Expected
The noise is balanced at the same volume, although where you are looking doesn't matter, you can still hear it clearly PROVIDING YOUR IN IMMEDIATE RANGE OF THE OBJECT.
