I recently got an Xbox One X and was trying to transfer data from another Xbox one but had an error telling me my old console didn’t back up to the Xbox Live cloud meaning I couldn’t transfer any of my saves to the new Xbox. I reported this to Xbox support but they were unable to find a solution.

We have 2 Xbox one and 2 Xbox one x and are having same issue, getting message the Xbox is taking a long time to sync with cloud,, the main problem is going from Xbox one to Xbox one X, part of me wonders if this is the way to force us to pay monthly fees for realms,,,, I don't play cross-platform I just want to be able to switch between Xbox one consoles because sometimes other family members are using the console I have been playing on, I would've never switched if I knew I was going to lose that ability, so can someone please clarify if this is a bug or if this is the new reality for playing Minecraft on Xbox one
