I set up a redstone piston clock, and it doesn't run like it is supposed to.

not a bug. see that redstone dust attaching to the piston? thats the reason why its not working.
easy fix: replace the dust (attached to piston) with a repeater then replace the repeater pointing to the piston with a dust.
