I removed a resource pack (BDCraft) so that my only resource pack running was the default one but the game continues to display another texture pack (Fantasy). If I try to remove it in game (it appears under Global Resources) it tells me I can't remove resource packs while the game is running, so I save and quit, but when I try to change it under resources it now shows that only the default is loaded. Going back into the game and Fantasy resource pack is still loaded even though the game tells me default only is loaded. I am unable to remove the Fantasy Pack from 'Global Resources'. Any ideas how I can do this?

Argh! Please close this issue (I can't find way to delete it myself) as I found the answer.
I'd forgotten that there was a third "Settings" on the very first screen which fixed the problem 😞
