I'm playing on windows 10 version and my friend is playing on her iPod touch 5g and it won't let us play on my worlds but it well let us play on her worlds it keep saying "Unable to connect to world" it started in Oct when i made a new account but the problem was that she can't get on my worlds but i can get on hers and she made a new account cause we wanted a new gamertag and she can't pay to change it and i can't pay to change it either but that didn't fix the problem Plz help

I have the same issue for ca. 3 Weeks and my brother too.
Have you installed the fall creators update for Windows 10?
I think that this one is the Problem, because i can play on my Android Phone
and on a notebook without the update.
