Not being able to 'give' a Player a certain potion [Ex: potion of swiftness] while using commands,

When using the "give" command, I cannot give a Player a certain potion, I can only give a "potion", which is only one filled with water.

You have to associate a data value with it (ex. /give @s potion 13). They go in the order they’re in inside the creative inventory starting with 0 which is a water bottle.

Hello! Thanks for responding to my question! But unfortunately, it still doesn't work for me 😞 I typed it in as follows:
/give @s potion 13
This is exactly how I typed it in, but it reports: "The number you have entered (13) is too big, it must be at most one"
When typing in the command, the auto correct tells me that this is the way to type it in:
/give <player: target> <itemName: Item> [amount: int] [components:Json]
Sorry to bother, once again. I hope you can get back to me and respond with an example way to type it in!
