I have been trying to add a server on my Samsung Galaxy tab 4 10.1, but the save and play buttons won't work. They do that thing where they don't "stick out" like they should, and are unresponsive when pressed. I have restarted the game at least twice, and the entire device once, and no change has occurred

It's not obvious from your screenshot - are you adding a valid server name and IP address in the required fields? After that the play and save buttons should work.
