I originally purchased the city texture pack on windows 10 edition, but when I tried to use the city pack on Minecraft Pocket edition, it says that I need to purchase it. I am logged into Xbox live on both versions. the Skyrim texture pack works on both versions but the city texture pack does not.
btw I only reported this as a windows 10 bug because my phone isn't on the list of phones. my phone is an Optus X Sleek.

It's been over a year since this report so if your reading this i just want to say that the bug has been fixed and i can now use the city texture pack on all bedrock platforms
just realised its the same thing for the villains skin pack
