Book and Quill Typing Color Issue

Before the 1.2.5 update, everything was okay with the book and quill I could write in it change the color and everything. After, I started experiencing this issue with it. At first when I started typing nothing would show up but the bar would move as if it was typing and I thought it wasn't typing anything. But as I look closer the color of the letters wasn't black it is a very very faded grey barely visible. And I seem like the only one with this issue because my friends are not having problems with it. Now I can change the colors no problem but the default color of the letters is glitched to a gray and not a black. And it's kind of annoying when I want to type or read something. Because it also affects my already written book and quills before the 1.2.5 update. Is there anybody else experiencing this issue and if there is there a fix? Thx
