The luck of the sea enchantment doesn't seem to be working properly because with luck of the sea 3 I get roughly the same ammount of fish as luck of the sea 1.

"Luck of the Sea" does not increase fishing rate. "Lure" increases the fishing rate. Sounds like an invalid issue.

What I meant by that is the rate at which I catch fish instead of enchanted books or other things seems the same
