Bug of the dark oak sapling

Lately for a couple of updates, I noticed that the dark oak shoots do not grow, I've tried in other biomes, I've given a lot of space but, although I spent more than 64 on bone meat they do not grow. They should fix it, please, the dark oak is my favorite wood in Minecraft.

You need to put 4 dark oak saplings in a 2x2 box for it to grow. It's been like that for a while.
