Xbox One & PC, Realms, Survival
An OP guest is unable to change difficulty or even access game settings.
To Reproduce:
1. Create a realm and add a guest as a member.
2. Go into settings and OP that guest (click the gold crown by their name).
3. Join the world as the guest and go into settings.
Result:
There is no option for game settings, guest is unable to change difficulty.
Expected:
An OPd guest is able to change settings when the host is unavailable.
