Everyone knows that when you're roaming around your world on minecraft there should be a nice little tune playing in the background to listen to well it doesn't quite work that way on my game once I start a world I'm greeted by pure silence not only does this completely change the atmosphere of the game turning a nice stroll in the woods into a somewhat eerie walk in the woods all alone. Even when the music does decide to work it always takes forever to do so and once that track is over poof back to silence me and my friends would greatly appreciate if you would fix this.

We were unable to reproduce the problem you are describing in the latest version. Music does not play constantly, but plays at various times throughout the minecraft day, as noted at https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Music.
If you think there is still an issue with the frequency that the music plays, please add a summary of when the music does or doesn't play during a session, and how that compares to the frequency of the music playing in the Java edition, for example.
If you would like to suggest that the music is played more often generally, please add a suggestion to the feedback site linked below.
