Some of the words in the splash texts are other languages and some words like Minecraft are English

I selected the top language in the language settings and the splash text changed to english and the language inthe boxes changed to a different language. switched back to english language and the boxes changed to english and the splash text change to different language. why cant both be english or any other language why do they have to be different.
