Whenever glowstone is placed using the City Texture Pack, the orientation of the texture appears in random order instead of in unison. This issue makes builds look messy and is very annoying.

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
The texture will follow the random pattern orientation of the block regardless of the texture.
