[MCPE-30056] Server Chat Not Working

Some people can't chat with others (they can see theirs but the otheps can't see what they write)

Please check the XBox live settings on those players as Chat may be disabled through their Xbox account. Please comment the results here.

What type of server is this? We only accept bug reports for Realms, LAN games, and Xbox live here. All others including official partners will have to be contacted about the issue.
