I've discovered like 4 fortress in the nether and obviously I've killed all the skeletons and now they're not spawning no more, I found a video about nether bein so peacefull and I can't get my third skeleton skull because there are no more skeletons.

This is related to the general brokenness of spawning in the game right now - things simply are not spawning in properly in any areas not open to the sky after the chunk first loads in, and this seems to include the nether (ghasts, magma cubes, wither skeletons - all not respawning after you empty out an area).Try it yourself by excavating a large underground area in the overworld, and then not lighting it up, and watch as you get a total of maybe 1 spawn after two hours on hard difficulty.

I have noticed this too. I went on hard mode in my survival world, I loaded a new nether fortress, and only 1 wither skeleton spawned. It's definitely a bug.
