Lag causes crashing and horrible gameplay

When I am playing on servers or even in my Single Player worlds, the lag makes everything impossible to do. It is hard to break blocks, combat, or adventure outwards away from spawn. Can you please fix these issues first, instead of adding even more content into the store?
