I bought an Xbox one on December 24th 2017. I installed Minecraft on my Xbox account. Ten days ago, there was an update. Since then, I haven't be able to find the game, it's lost. I ve reached Microsoft to submit the problem. Their answer was that I should contact you because the problem is with the game, not with the xbox. Where is the game ???!!

Sorry to hear you are having this issue with your device. Unfortunately we can't offer support here at the bug tracker.
However, I can try and point you in the right direction. Firstly, you say you have contacted Microsoft; have you tried contacting Xbox Live Customer Support directly? That would be your first port of call.
After that, you should try contacting Mojang Customer Support to see if they can offer any more help.
If you include your Xbox live gamertag and support reference number in your correspondence, that should speed up the support request.
