[MCPE-30562] Jungle leaves on Xbox one are not “fancy” with texture pack enabled

Not a duplicate because my Xbox one is a high end device and it should not be rendered as fast graphic leaves.

He meant "Did you change the fancy leaves setting while the world was open?" Some of the advanced video options can be changed but don't actually take effect until the next time you load the world.
