Repeaters and comparators give off light

Repeaters and comparators give off light, this lack parity with Java edition. It also would lead to a lot more lighting updates in redstone contraptions leading to more lag.

Last time I checked on pc, repeaters, comparators, and redstone torches all omitted light when active, to a signal strength of 7. Granted its been awhile since I last checked.

Most redstone users at least in survival, usually burry any wiring and components underground, and when they make use of such components will take the time to make sure there is a strong light source nearby, thus preventing these components from causing any lighting updates.

I did check on JE before posting this just in case I had not noticed the lighting before. I specified the repeater and comparator as the redstone torch does give off light in JE. Most average users don't know about lighting updates and will happily not have any lighting near the redstone but will then get hit by the lag without knowing what the cause is (case in point well known youtuber Mumbo Jumbo). This behaviour increases the number of possible lighting updating components by a factor of 3. BE may have a better code base etc etc but these are still unneeded updates which lack parity and will be causing strain on peoples worlds.

Confirmed on Windows 10. Both emit light level 7 when activated and generate updates for block light changes in surrounding blocks.
