Single player, survival mode
I have a set of enchanted tools, they are all disappeared after 1.2.10.2 update.
They are all enchanted with "Mending" and "Unbreaking". I am not sure whether they are gone because the new update doesn't allow certain combination or it is actually a bug.
I tried to open old world (Which hasn't been opened by 1.2.10.1, which crashes the game in some area) and it shows the same problem.
I am using Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro (SM-C9000).

WOW! FOR me happened the same thing! My equipments with enchantments have been vanished! Also a pickaxe, sword, axes...I was really sad when this happened.. 😞
This is true, it appears that the there was an inventory rollback, luckily I had an external copy of my world

Do you have any copies of the world to help reproduce the problem? If you had a back up before and after that might be useful in trying to figure out what went wrong.
