[MCPE-31043] Rightclicking at a block from above at height limit causes error

If you right click on any block,

Suppose you have a grass block or a command block at y level 255 or the height limit
and you are above the world height limit, if you right click it from above it will say cannot place blocks error or something like that even if you are empty handed
