Changes from/to inventory

When I wanna change my items to a chest I hold the iten to change and the bar starts filling...then when the bar is almost full I stop touching the item and only 1 item changes place.
For example: I have 12 glowstone and I want to change 6 of them to my chest, I push the item by 2 seconds (the half bar) then I stop passing my item and only 1 of 12 glowstone changes place to the chest.
In this way I have to touch the glowstone 6 times to change 6 glowstones...please help us with this, we'll be very grateful.
