[MCPE-31247] Skin pack missing

I have been waiting for this and it either has not been added yet or it is not appearing. The Doctor Who Skin pack has not been added to Mc Bedrock or P.e or it has and it is not showing up in menu. How would i get this?

However, this issue has been closed as Invalid.

Unfortunately the Dr Who skin packs are some of the entitlements that will not transfer over due to licensing restrictions.

Doesn’t Carry Over from Minecraft: Xbox One Edition to Minecraft due to licensing restrictions:

Doctor Who Skins Volume I
Doctor Who Skins Volume II
First Birthday Skin Pack
Second Birthday Skin Pack
