Drowned don't drop their tridents

It's a rare drop, unrelated to whether they are carrying a trident. More like zombies and carrots than skeletons and bows.

They always drop if they're carrying it in java

I think they just haven't added the drowned loot table.

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.

They only have a chance of dropping tridents, this is currently the same as the Java edition. (Wiki page)
