when uising the city texture pack, the obbsever block texture dose not line up on the left side (first image) unlike the right side (second image)

Confirmed in Windows 10 1.2.11.4. It appears that the texture on one side is flipped relative to the other three. The issue exists in every orientation, even facing up or down.
