Stuck on 1.2.1104.0

I cannot seem to update to receive the 'Experimental Gameplay' feature. I am currently using the Windows 10 edition on a Kazam Vision 8. I have uninstalled then reinstalled several times since the announcement was made, but still have no update in the Windows Store. It is now 17/3/18 09:30am. Thank you.

However, this issue is Working as Intended.

Experimental gameplay is currently only implemented in the beta release (1.2.13.10). The beta is opt in via the Xbox Insider Hub. The current stable release is 1.2.11.4.

Keep in mind that everything in the beta is subject to change and might corrupt your world or crash and is meant for testing purposes. Please read all the limitations about realms and multiplayer before joining the beta and create a backup of your worlds.

I am on Windows 10. So are a lot of other people. They have the update. I don't. It's obviously not as intended.

As mentioned before, currently you need to opt in to the BETA via the Xbox Insider Hub and join the BETA for experimental gameplay to be available.
There are restrictions for joining the insider hub, controlled by the platform.

I have been a member of the Insider Programme ever since it was instigated as the beta test gateway for Minecraft. I am the only one without this update.

Can you verify that you have joined the Minecraft beta program again?
If you have, please choose manage and unenroll and join again.
It might take a couple of minutes for the update to be available in the store.

This weekend there was a issue with the insider hub.
