You need to stay awake. I had the same problem but it's resolved. They will hatch anywhere, but the only crack a little more at midnight.. if you sleep it skips.

I did that for you, also I did an extensive search but didn't find any reports, which I now see are fairly numbered 🙂

It's very easy to replicate, just stand very still 2-4 blocks from any skeleton. The first few arrows may hit, but persevere, be brave and stay stood in front of him.. you'll get there 🙂

There is a lot of mis-information here.. There was never a change to allow player to pick up missed arrows. This would allow arrows to be farmed endlessly. The arrows in the bug are never collected, which you can easily find out by just checking your inventory. But the sound plays, however.  The arrows are also not missing the player. They are all hits, except they do not do damage. The item collection sound plays, and the arrows disappear mid flight as if collected, however they are not.

I've added a jerky but viewable video to show the bug and the scenario which is needed to replicate the bug.

The Update has been available on Windows 10 for almost a week now' If I was going to receive it, it would have happened by now.

I understand that, but instead of trying to help me with the issue, the mods just keep repeating the same unhelpful 'turn it off and on again' style responses which are patronizing and frankly lazy. I know you have a lot of reports to deal with, and that there are some you can't actually assist with, but being treated like an actual human being isn't a lot to ask for. I am a part of the Insider Programme, and I have had all the previous beta updates except for this one. So with that being the case, there is obviously an issue regarding the update being available to certain players. If somebody was to just look into it and maybe give me an actual reason as to why, even if they couldn't help with a fix, I would be placated instantly, because at least then I would have a basis from which to start work on a solution. What annoys me is that my very real issue isn't even being given the time of day.

I have been a member of the Insider Programme ever since it was instigated as the beta test gateway for Minecraft. I am the only one without this update.

I am on Windows 10. So are a lot of other people. They have the update. I don't. It's obviously not as intended.

Please search before creating a bug report. These bugs have been reported numerous times already. Thanks or your feedback.

This is not supposed to be possible.

There is a choose payment screen, and then a confirm purchase screen..

Open settings, and enable the "Experimental Gameplay" option.

There is only supposed to be one variant for the petrified slab. This is correct.

It looks like an issue with light rendering incorrectly. Are you using any form of texture/resource pack?

This is still in beta testing and has already been reported for several bugs, including this one.

These packs are only available for the device they were purchased with.

Maybe remove the texture pack..?

Nowhere does it say that you get the Java version when purchasing the Windows 10 game, the offer is only available the other way round. Put simply, you didn't read the offer anywhere, so you shouldn't have expected it.
