No update on Windows 10.

I am on Windows 10. I am a member of the beta programme. I have had every other beta update. But I haven't received this one. I have made this report a couple of times, but instead of trying to help me with the issue, the mods just keep repeating the same unhelpful 'turn it off and on again' style responses which are patronizing and frankly lazy. I know you have a lot of reports to deal with, and that there are some you can't actually assist with, but being treated like an actual human being isn't a lot to ask for. I am a part of the Insider Programme, and I have had all the previous beta updates except for this one. So with that being the case, there is obviously an issue regarding the update being available to certain players. If somebody was to just look into it and maybe give me an actual reason as to why, even if they couldn't help with a fix, I would be placated instantly, because at least then I would have a basis from which to start work on a solution. What annoys me is that my very real issue isn't even being given the time of day.
