Did you place then on the shore of an ocean biome? Apparently they need beaches, and Minecraft narrowly defines beaches as a stretch of sand on the shoreline of an ocean biome.

A friend had the same problem with eggs not hatching when she placed the eggs on a riverbank. However, later on some other riverbank, a baby turtle generated at random, so I don't know ...

Yeah

I placed them on a shore near the sea...

Turtle eggs only hatch at night. And a little each night, check the Minecraft.wiki for more info.

You need to stay awake. I had the same problem but it's resolved. They will hatch anywhere, but the only crack a little more at midnight.. if you sleep it skips.

As the previous comments say. The eggs only hatch at night and only when on sand. Do the eggs not hatch even when these conditions are met?

Not sure how you increased your tick speed since Bedrock doesn't have that option. But I believe skipping the night and day cycle does not speed up the time for them to hatch as the timer only counts down when it's night.

Thanks it is greatly appreciated.

Good News!
Maybe the Hotfixes fixed it but i went to the eggs and i saw some cracks on them! This bug is resolved!
