Classic UI does not show item tooltips / descriptions after upgrade to 1.2.13

After upgrading to 1.2.13 on Android Bedrock, the classic UI no longer shows item tooltips / descriptions when personal inventory is opened. When inventory not opened, item descriptions show ONLY when an item is clicked on the hot bar. Descriptions do not show for any device that contains an inventory UI (ender chests, shulker boxes, chests). Confirmed for multiple users running same specs and versions using classic UI.
