This morning I went onto minecraft and saw that my survival world was no longer there. I had not updated yet because I had not seen the message. So for a few days I had been playing the beta version. So I tried to close minecraft and open it again, then i tried switching the xbox on and off, nothing worked. Microsoft has told me to wait 24 hours to see if the world appears again. I had two worlds and the other world is still there. The last time I played the survival world was last night and I don't remember anything strange happening? Could I have not shut it down properly or something? I can't understand why this has happened. I have not had any error message.
UPDATE: I factory reset the xbox keeping the game and app data and I got the world map but there is a large amount of blocks missing so it must be corrupt.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I factory reset my xbox and kept the game and app data, but the world isnt playable because a large chunk is missing.
