Can't set render distance below the sliders minimum

The game thinks you are playing on a more powerful gaming PC, so it changes the max settings to be able to go higher

You don't get what this is... It's a bug that I can't set the render distance below my slider minimum even if I edit the options.txt

Get an Nvidia graphics card, that will help solve the problem.

I think my drivers need updating so that could be why then.

xD I already have one, and my drivers are up to date.

also 1.2.13 is a disaster. It was just so iOS can test aquatic features, while there is a bug where your worlds no longer generate chunks, just void. So i am scared of opening my worlds 😞
