[MCPE-32357] Sneak/text doesn't lock into sneak mode anymore

I know this was a bug to start off with but it was a useful bug. When building in high places sneaking prevents from falling but keeping you finger on the sneak button for hours hurts,

This trick made life easier for building and it was simple to get out of sneak mode by just pressing on the sneak button again.

I would love for this to be a feature or make a lock button for sneaking.

I just completed a big project my hands are killing me... This was the most useful bug ever even if I knew it was a bug it should stay in the game.

This is a bug... This was working in the last update now it doesn't to me that is a bug.
