I cannot make any new realms or it will say I don't have permission. Also I cannot renew realms because it says I do not have the permission. It is nothing to do with my account ("TM 80bucks") because I used the same permissions as I did with my other account that worked and it still doesn't work please fix.

That did not fix anything, I have already tried to change all of my permissions to grant access but it did not work.

Ok, thanks for trying that out. In many instances that is the way to resolve the issue, but I'm sorry it hasn't worked here.
You will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly, who should be able to help with your realm issue. Be sure to include your relevant details in your correspondence (such as your gamertag) so they can more quickly help you out.
