[MCPE-32661] Can't make banner appear on Map

Tablet - Android - Samsung Galaxy Tab A SM-T550

Having map on hand, there is no way to touch Banner with it in order to make it appear on Map as a marker. Also, there is no sign (like "Feed" or "Tame" when you approach an animal).

It's unimplemented in everything except the PC Java Edition snapshots at the moment.
