ever since 1.1 there has been a bug with texture packs on iOS and android, it has not been fixed ever since
the screenshot of the stairs is the blurry block glitch and the second screenshot of me holding an ender pearl is what the texture pack is meant to look like
this happens with a lot of texture packs, the texture pack i'm using is Faithful 32x32
