[MCPE-32795] Sneak, swim, jump bugs

I can not go up when i use sneak or down button in water. when I've pressed all the buttons but all did not work, Please fix it.

I dont know if this is by design due to the swimming (flying under water) but the centre icon on the right will allow you to go to the surface. it is easier to "Fly" underwater by double tapping the up arrow
