What It supposed to be
When I use a bone meal onto; grass blocks, plants, trees, underwater, kelp, etc...
They should grow plants, trees, or mature up crops.
What happened
*When bone meal is used, they wont do anything, not even being consumed at all on survival and wont be working in creative mode.
