After I Update Minecraft PE To Version 1.5.0.0 Then When I Was Want To Apply The Plastic Texture The Texture Was Have The "Black And Purple" Image All Of Them ! Even The Language I Set It English But The Minecraft Online Texture Pack Does Not Show The Name Engliah Or English Remix With What Language (In Screenshot)
When I Try To Apply I Press The Apply Button Then It Just Crash

Have you tried a full reinstall of the game?
Backup any data you don't want to lose, then try the following:
Backup your MinecraftWorlds folder (if you want to save your worlds) (Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds)
Uninstall Minecraft
Delete the com.mojang folder (Device storage > games > com.mojang)
Reinstall Minecraft
Run Minecraft and if it works restore your MinecraftWorlds folder
Sometimes a clean install of the game will help with these kind of issues. You should then be able to re-download your purchased content from the store.
