Cant invite people while using data

I also experience this bug.

Device:
iPhone 6s, iPhone 8
iOS 11.3.1 (15E302)

Game Version:
1.2.16 (Build 856725) Still affects: 1.4.2 (Build 937125)

Game Settings:
-Settings → Profile → Use Cellular Data enabled
-World Settings (pencil icon) → Multiplayer → Multiplayer Game enabled
-Xbox Live Privacy & Online Safety Settings: "Join Multiplayer Games" set to Allow; "Others can communicate…" set to Friends

Experienced Behavior:
-Cannot host multiplayer world when using cellular data.
Invite to Game button does not appear on the Pause screen when playing a multiplayer world when using cellular data.
-Invite to Game button does appear in multiplayer worlds when using Wi-Fi.
-Can receive invites and join other player’s worlds when using cellular data.

Expected Behavior:
-Should be able to host multiplayer world when using cellular data.
-Invite to Game button should appear multiplayer worlds when using cellular data.
Both of these were possibly in previous versions.

Other:
Possibly related to, duplicate, and/or regression of MCPE-29007
